The maximum capacity of this home is four persons, so no unregistered visitors or guests are allowed.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside this home, but you can smoke or vape outside on the veranda.
Pets are not allowed in this home.
Unless otherwise agreed, the check-in time is 3 pm and we kindly ask all guests to check out no later than 11 am.
We kindly ask you to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
In the event there is any damage to this home during your stay or if any items are missing from this home upon your departure, you will be charged with the full amount equivalent to the damages that can reinstate the home.
We respect the environment and welcome you to join us by not leaving lighting and air-conditioning on when leaving the Home.
For Short-Term stays, made more than 7 days before guests arrive, you can cancel and receive a full refund within 48-hour from the time of booking. After the 48-hour period, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before guests arrive. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable.
For Long-Term Stays of 30 nights or more, you can cancel with more than 14 days-notice prior to check-in and the first 15 nights are non-refundable. Less than 14 days-notice before check-in and the first 30 booked days are non-refundable. Once in stay a guest may cancel at any time with 30 days-notice and these 30 days are non-refundable.
