WE LOVE THIS ISLAND

And as much as we travelled from East to West, we remain in-love with our beautiful island. This is where we grew up and spent most of our childhood summers and this is the reason we created this platform of heartily homes as an invite to anyone that wishes to visit Cyprus either for business or pleasure. We wish to give them a taste of our home.

We are two lawyers that have been together since our university years in the UK and have travelled around the world first as friends, then as a couple and eventually with our kids. We travelled to explore and for holidays, but also for business. We stayed at low budget lodgings but also enjoyed more luxurious stays. Having lived on a holiday island most of our lives, we decided to curate properties to accommodate stays that feel “better than home”.

We don’t just invest in properties, we are carefully choosing our locations to be in the perfect proximity of combining business with exploration and family time with relaxation. We curate our homes personally with the help of local architects and interior professionals. Our ideal home is one where you feel comfortable walking around barefoot.

We started co-operating professionally with Christos Tziortzis in 2010 when he designed our firm’s offices. We became friends when we asked him to design and help us decorate our house in Nicosia in 2013 and since then we have consulted him in every property project we undertook. Christos has helped us curate the Homes by making changes to the architectural plans, choosing materials and fabrics and furnishing them, ensuring a cohesive and harmonious result. 

He graduated from Università Iuav di Venezia in 1991 and has established his architectural firm XT Arch Architects in 1994 and since, has been specializing in residential projects offering comprehensive consultation and design services, guiding clients through every aspect of their project, with a dedication to simple yet elegant design.
